Yes. We are a Polish, family-owned company with furniture-making roots in the Kępno region. We design and manufacture our furniture ourselves, select the materials, and oversee the quality of craftsmanship. You are buying directly from the manufacturer.

Throughout our entire collection, you will find 23 fabric families and 571 color options to choose from. The availability of specific materials depends on the model — the full selection is shown on each piece of furniture's product card. You choose the fabric first, and then its color.

You can order our furniture in the dimensions and configurations available on their product pages. The term "made-to-order" primarily refers to producing a selected model in your choice of fabric and color, rather than designing furniture to custom dimensions. If a given model is available in several sizes, you can select them before adding the product to your cart.

Of course, and we highly encourage it. You can view the sample in your own lighting, touch it, and compare it with your flooring, curtains, or other interior elements. This is the best way to check the color and texture before ordering a piece of furniture. Samples of individual colors can be ordered in our store both while browsing products and in the collection dedicated to upholstery fabrics.

Yes, samples are ordered as separate products. We provide the current price on the sample page, and the delivery cost is visible before confirming the order.

Visualizations help you see the shape of a piece of furniture and how it looks in a chosen upholstery. However, the perception of color and texture may vary depending on screen settings and room lighting. Therefore, before purchasing, we recommend ordering a fabric sample, which allows you to evaluate the actual material, including its feel.

It is worth considering not only the color, but also the care method, texture, and durability of the material. In our fabric descriptions, we present their properties so that you can compare the available options. No fabric should be treated as completely resistant to stains or damage. If you need any help, we are at your disposal (contact).

The delivery time for each product is provided on its respective product page. We calculate it from the receipt of payment, and it includes both the order delivery and production or preparation for shipment. When purchasing several products, please check the lead time for each one.

Yes. We provide a 24-month warranty on our entire range of products. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights regarding product non-conformity with the contract. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us.

Please contact us at reklamacje@portez.pl and describe the damage you have noticed. If possible, it is advisable to take photos of the product and packaging and to prepare a damage report with the carrier. The absence of a report does not deprive you of the right to file a complaint, and our shipments are always fully insured against such circumstances.
