Panel design and simple form
TESTO is an upholstered continental bed with a high headboard divided into six softly profiled rectangular panels. Two rows of three panels organize the front composition, while the two-part base and full, straight front emphasize the symmetry of the structure. The full upholstered sides create a cohesive form regardless of the chosen upholstery. The model is available as a single or double bed. The back of the headboard is finished with technical fabric, so the piece of furniture is intended to be placed against a wall.
Two storage compartments and a Bonnell mattress
There are two separate storage compartments under the two independently lifting sections. Separate opening allows access to each storage section without lifting the entire width of the sleeping surface. Access is provided by two sets of spring-loaded lifting mechanisms. Brackets connect the boxes to the headboard, and a white plastic channel covers the mechanism components. The design includes a Bonnell mattress with a single-sided 4 cm thick T25 foam layer and side finishing made of polyurethane foam. The topper must be selected or purchased separately; a 3 cm thick T25 foam topper in a Jersey cover has been confirmed for this model.
Construction and available finishes
Pine wood, laminated boards and gray boards, plywood, fiberboards, T25 foam, and 100 g/m² batting were used to make the structure. The bed can be ordered in the Monolith, Soro, and Jasmine collections, each of which is available in many color variants. The product is made in Poland by a Polish manufacturer, and the declared production time is from one to two weeks.
