Rounded, serene form
BIANCO is a double upholstered bed featuring a visually low frame and a wide headboard. Its corners transition gently into side wings, while the rounded front and sides streamline the silhouette without harsh divisions. The form remains coherent whether viewed from the front or at a slight angle.
Storage compartment under the metal frame
Beneath the sleeping surface lies a storage compartment with a central divider. Access is provided by a lifting metal frame with wooden slats, assisted by gas-lift mechanisms. This allows for the use of the space inside the frame without adding separate elements next to the furniture. Sources show the same construction both in the closed position and with the frame lifted. The mattress is not included and must be purchased separately.
Construction and finish
The bed's construction utilizes pine wood, chipboard, plywood, and fiberboard. T25 foam and batting are used in the headboard. The back of the headboard is finished with technical fabric and is not upholstered, which should be considered when planning the furniture layout. Available fabric collections are Quelle, Donna, and Magic Velvet, each offered in numerous color variants.
