Panel design for a modern bedroom
MELI is a double upholstered bed with a simple, symmetrical silhouette. The high headboard features a rhythm of repeating vertical panels, and the same directional divisions are mirrored on the front. The sides remain smooth, making the panel design a distinct yet orderly feature of the model. The soft finish emphasizes the bed's proportions without the need for additional tufting or decorative buttons.
Storage compartment under the lift-up frame
Beneath the sleeping surface, there is a storage compartment accessible by lifting the frame. A gas lift mechanism assists the frame's movement. You can choose between a wooden or metal frame; the reference variant and product sheet feature a wooden frame. The compartment is made of black non-woven fabric and attached with Velcro. The construction also includes glides and connectors to attach the box to the headboard. The mattress is not included and must be purchased separately. The back of the headboard is not upholstered, which should be considered when planning the furniture placement.
Construction and fabric selection
The internal structure uses pine wood, chipboard, plywood, and fiberboard. The upholstered elements are complemented by T25 foam and batting. There are collections available to choose from: Quelle, Donna, and Magic Velvet, each offered in many color variants. This allows you to match the finish to your decor while maintaining the characteristic panel design. The stated production time is one to two weeks.
